Scheduled - Westpac will be performing planned maintenance that will affect Westpac Open Banking services. This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued reliability and security of our services.
Impact Description: During the maintenance window, customer will experience issues in approving, rejecting their consents and Open Banking APIs will also be unavailable for the duration of the outage. Westpac NZ will appear as 'temporarily offline' in the POLi bank selection dropdown.
Maintenance Start: 18th April 2026 8:00 PM
Maintenance End: 19th April 2026 1:00 AM
Contingency Window: 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM
