We are writing to let you know that we have decided to discontinue the POLi Mobile app. Although the app offered a variety of features, customer adoption fell short of expectations. As part of our strategy, we are reallocating resources to other product initiatives.
Note: This change does not affect Classic POLi. Customers can continue to make POLi payments using the ‘Pay by Bank’ method.
From 20 December 2024, customers will no longer be able to process transactions through the POLi Mobile app.
Key Information:
• We will attend to the deactivation of the mobile bank interface. • Your customers who have used the app have been notified directly of this change by email. • Details of all POLi Mobile payments made by your customers will remain visible in the POLi Console.
