RESOLVED Unplanned Maintenance: POLi ASB Service Temporarily Unavailable

Resolved - ASB is back operational

Identified - Due to recent changes on the ASB Internet Banking website, the POLi integration requires unplanned maintenance. Our technical team is actively working to implement the necessary updates and restore the POLi ASB service as soon as possible.

You may have noticed an increase in receipt unverified transactions. While we do not expect funds to have transferred in these cases, we recommend checking ASB settlements carefully today.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that ASB’s Open Banking option remains unaffected.
