Westpac will be performing planned maintenance that will affect Westpac Open Banking services. This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued reliability and security of Westpac services.

Impact Description: During the maintenance window Payment Initiation services will be unavailable. Westpac NZ will appear as 'temporarily offline' in the POLi bank selection dropdown.

Maintenance Start: 3rd August 2026, 6:30am
Maintenance End: 3rd August 2026, 8:00am
