POLi Scheduled Maintenance

To maintain high service standards and ensure continued performance, we will be performing essential maintenance on the POLi platform. To do this, we need to temporarily take the platform offline. This work aligns with our ongoing commitment to keep POLi reliable and performing at its best for our Merchants and Customers.

When: Sunday, 22 February from 11.00pm NZT to 12:00am (Midnight NZT)
How long: 1 hour

Impact:
All Merchants: The POLi Service including POLi Console Reporting will be unavailable during the maintenance window. All POLi Customers: Customers will not be able to make POLi payments during this time.

Information / Data:
• Merchants do not need to do anything – the platform will be automatically taken offline and brought online. Customers will simply start initiating POLi transactions when the POLi service has been restored.
• There will be no changes to existing functions when the platform is brought back online.
• You may wish to let your customers know that POLi won’t be available during the maintenance window - for example, via a banner on your website checkout.
• Every effort will be made to reduce the duration of the maintenance window. Should this eventuate a resumption of the POLi Service may happen sooner than the scheduled end time for the outage.
